All coaches that work for World Soccer Solutions Ltd must

•be FA qualified

•have attended a First Aid course

•have passed a CRB check to ensure they are suitable to work with children.
Venues
World Soccer Solutions Ltd will only hold Soccer Schools at venues that have been personally vetted by ourselves and that we deem to be suitable to hold such events.
Coach to child ratio
At every Arsenal Soccer School we will maintain a strict 16 children to 1 coach ratio to comply with the rules laid out by Arsenal Soccer Schools. This is important from a safety point of view but also ensures that the children get the correct amount of individual focus which doesn’t always happen in larger groups.
