COURSE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings
The booking of any course must be made in advance. For safety reasons and to ensure our strict coach to children ratio is observed’ World Soccer Solutions cannot accept children on any course who have not booked in advance and turn up on the day. Bookings can be made via our website www.worldsoccersolutions.com , by telephone or by completing our course marketing leaflets.
Registrations
World Soccer Solutions will hold daily registers for all course attendees at the start and end of every session. Children will only be allowed to leave the camp with a parent / guardian unless otherwise informed in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be accepted if written notification is given at least 7 days prior to the event. You can either request a credit note for the full amount paid or a full refund for which there will be an administration charge of £5 deducted.
World Soccer Solutions is unable to offer any credit notes or refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the start of any event.
In the unlikely event that World Soccer Solutions has to cancel a course a full refund will be made.
Medical Disclosures
It is a condition of booking that any medical conditions are disclosed to World Soccer Solutions. In the unlikely event of an injury to your child any medical condition needs to be taken into consideration prior to any treatment being administered.

Liability
World Soccer Solutions cannot accept liability for any injuries that occur whilst travelling to and from or whilst participating in one of our courses.
World Soccer Solutions cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any personal belongings whilst travelling to and from or whilst participating in one of our courses.
